Tool repair shop

I have been consistently let down by Stevensons rental now for years. Every time I try to order a piece of equipment they either don't have it or they say it takes two days to bring in one in reality it takes 3 to 4. This location doesn't understand the concept of customer service. I dealt with the manager Fraser with an issue I was having with a piece of equipment that was broken and he passed me off to someone else as if he didn't care. This place is a disappointment.

I usually go to Milwaukee in concord for warranty claims but I decided to go here because it was closer, what a mistake. I brought my sawzall to get fixed and they told me I had to pay $20 because the housing was broken which it wasn’t (even though it’s under warranty), I thought it was weird but I didn’t argue too much because not a big deal. But a month later they sawzall broke again and then they said I had to pay $150 to fix it (even though it’s under warranty). I took it back and brought it to Milwaukee and got a new one free, what a waste of time and money. Watch out for these scam artists

Did a DIY landscaping project needed multiple pieces of equipment for every step of the way. Kelly, Vince and Mike just to name a few were very helpful, and provided great service. Will definitely use Cooper rentals again when my back recovers.

Super helpful and incredibly friendly. Recently rented an engine hoist from this location and dealt with 4 different people through the initial rental, delivery and pickup. Each guy was so nice and amiable. They also have a great range of rental equipment so very helpful for those random projects. Would 100% recommend!

Asked him to sharpen 2 pairs of scissors and he said it would be ready that afternoon, 2 weeks went by and they still weren't done. He laughed at my husband on the phone for thinking they would be done already. We ended up picking them up and will find some place else to do them. Terrible service and poor professionalism.

Owners of the store provide some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. One of them just yelled at me from the back with food in his mouth.Just dropped some drills off, hopefully they can fix tools better than they can treat customers.Felt like they didn’t want my business at all. Won’t be coming back here, just needed some service in a pinch.
